Assistant Store Manager

MurphyUSA, a convenience store located in Wal-Mart shopping centers is accepting applications for Assistant Store Managers. We have over 1000 locations in 20 states and we are recruiting candidates that are up to the challenge of leading others in a high-volume, fast paced environment.


As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Recruiting, Training, Developing and Motivating your employees
• Providing excellent customer service
• Implementing corporate strategies and developing sales ideas
• Occasionally walking out to assist customers with gasoline purchase
• Position requires repeated bending, standing and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
