Customer Service Representative

DenMat is looking for exceptional candidates with a high level of courtesy, professionalism and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a history of customer commendations, strong work performance and professionalism in handling and resolving customer issues and complaints.

• Responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers, obtaining and examining information to resolve all customer issues and complaints with a high degree of accountability and courtesy.
• HS Diploma or equivalent and two or more years of exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Must be highly customer focused and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must have ability to work effectively with internal departments and handle billing adjustments.
• Outbound calling to internal/external customers as needed to ensure communication, partnering, awareness and timely resolution of all customer issues as appropriate.
• Strong PC skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new systems/functionality quickly required 
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm 
• Previous AS400 experience is beneficial
