The Assistant General Manager is responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the health club by driving accountability, performance and the financial success of the sales and member service departments. The AGM will ensure a friendly and inviting environment for members, guests and employees where lives are improved through exercise.

Requirements
Candidates must possess
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Leadership, customer service, staff development, problem solving, and organizational skills
-Friendly and outgoing personality
-2 years supervisory experience
-Health Club managment experience preferred
