Financial Services Representative

Busy Bank looking for Financial Services Professional to Work in both Retail Services and Merchant Services Division

Full Time; Monday-Friday; 8-5

Representative will:

• Provide variety of basic banking functions such as, processing checking and savings account transactions, loan transactions, cashing checks, balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals.
• Actively Sell the Bank's retail Products and services in a professional manner, as well as refer loan customers as necessary to business lending partners.
• Inform Customers of credit products; interview and process loan applicants; process and finalize documentation; and disburse funds.
• Work effectively with loan, collection, and recovery departments.
• Inform Customers on deposit products and services, and open new accounts.
• Market the Bank's services via telephone and correspondence in professional manner and maintain an active retail prospect list for telemarketing to meet established goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations on all loan applications and deposit product documentation.
• Participate in branch selling programs and sales meetings, making monthly sales presentations as assigned.

• Knowledge of retail lending policies and procedures
• Personal cash flow skills
• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in banking or similar industry
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales/customer service capacity
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with MS applications a must
• Experience working at a commercial bank a Plus
