Description Small, growth & value equity asset management firm is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their NY team. This position will be responsible for the RFP process as well consultant questionnaires and their associated databases.

Requirements Day-to-day Tasks Include:
•        Complete RFPs, RFIs, consultant and client questionnaires
•        Maintain content in RFP Machine
•        Fulfill competitive analysis requests through the use of Morningstar, Zephyr, Callan or Evestment Analytics
•        Assist in updating consultant databases as needed through eASE Exchange; including maintenance of investment product information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Required Experience:
•        Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business / Finance / Marketing / Economics
•        2-4 years of FINANCIAL SERVICES work experience
•        Proficiency with Word, Excel, Internet and Web-Based Databases
•        Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
•        Detail oriented, with a strong desire to ensure accurate and timely responses
