Description Job Description:
• Responsible for designing and implementing non-linear , animated sequences using a variety of multimedia authoring tools.
• Should have Debugging and design skills pertaining to UI layouts including creation of mock products which look and feel like a real program.
• Acts as consultant to other team leads to evangelize the capabilities of Action Scripting and other multimedia authoring tools.
• You will work closely with UX and engineering teams to help ship EPIC user experiences.
• Your primary responsibilities will include authoring markup and scripting while integrating visual and motion design and overall visual polish for Mobile software.
• Experience interpreting designs into fully functional interactive experiences, and do the job quickly and efficiently.
• Experience working in and with new technologies, and can quickly and smoothly learn to use new tools.
• Have a clear understanding of the design process - information architecture + interaction design, usability, visual design, brand integration, content creation and motion graphics - and
demonstrate an ability to merge this with established development processes.
• Candidate should excel in the implementation, production and shipment of highly-polished user interfaces.

Requirements Primary responsibilities include:
 • Coordinating with UX and Engineering to ensure interaction and visual designs are implemented according to design specs and motion comps.
• Communicating with project and feature teams in all stages of design and development.
• Provide Design Integration peers with feedback and suggestions (actively invest in the team as a whole) during the code review process.

Job Requirement:

• Applicants must have strong UI development skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to react and respond positively to changing requirements based on user feedback, usability tests and executive review.
• Experience working closely with designers solving complex usability and UI design problems.
• Experience working with new technologies, alpha and beta level software still in development.
• Experience with Photoshop, Flash, Silverlight (or related design/motion graphics tools).
• XAML, MCML, XHTML/XML, CSS, DHTML/ AJAX, scripting
• 5+ years experience in UI development (desktop, web, devices), with an emphasis on User Experience and Usability.
• Portfolio review required.
• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia or related field required.
• 3 plus years work related experience required.
