Associate Director of Nursing

Classic Residence by Hyatt is a luxury senior living CCRC (continuing care retirement community) located in San Diego, CA. We are currently seeking an experienced CA-RN to manage care and services provided in our Care Center in San Diego.
This position includes oversight of nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support units. Long Term Care experienced is required.

The Assistant Director of Nursing is a qualified health care professional who exhibits a commitment to patient care and satisfaction and a strong interest in developing the skills and abilities of nursing staff in the facility. A commitment to excellence is a requirement to assure that patients in the health care unit receive a high level of quality clinical care and satisfaction with services.
The Assistant Director of Nursing manages all aspects of resident care and ensures all clinical and technical aspects of care are performed in accordance with established policies, protocols, standards of care and practice, regulatory mandates and within limits of the respective State Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities also include assisting the Director of Nursing with clinical, financial, human resource and quality assurance/performance improvement activities. 
The ADON is responsible for documentation compliance, ensures proper documentation in clinical record per established policies and procedures.
