Tourico Holidays, Inc. (http://www.touricoholidays.com/), part of Travel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager - North America to be based in our headquarters offices in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

This position will be responsible for sales in North America. Minimum of 50% travel will be required. Our new Sales Manager will be responsible for the generation of new sales within the North American region and responsible for building and maintaining existing relationships.

 

Duties Include:

1)      Actively procure new B2B (Travel wholesalers/Tour operators) and B2C (dotcom Travel companies) companies with potential to purchase travel inventory through Travel Holdings in North America.

2)      Grow current customers and evaluate their potential business

3)      Maximize sales and revenue of current and future clients.

4)      Prepare Daily/weekly progress reports summarizing sales initiatives accomplished during the week and resources required supporting the initiatives.

5)      Actively promote “need hotels", exclusive deals and special offers.

6)      Participate in industry trade shows as assigned.  This includes registering, planning, follow-up, updating company records, and making travel arrangements.

Requirements

Desire to Travel (Travel Industry experience is a plus, but not required). 
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Aggressive, results oriented individual.

Business development skills required

Fluency in English

Self motivated, driven and willing to work independently within a sizable geographic territory.         
Disciplined.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and proposal and presentation writing.

Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Previous travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
