Account Executive

Location: - Jacksonville, FL – 32099

Basic Purpose

• Coordinates placement of IT professionals (billable consultants, field support, and/or product application support) at various client sites. 
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates work schedules and assignments. 
• May work with clients to resolve scheduling or work problems. 
• This employee does not have responsibility for hiring, firing, performance reviews, and pay reviews, although they may assist with such decisions and activities.
• Operates without supervision, with extensive latitude for independent judgment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managed relationships within the client space.
• Effectively interact with and build rapport with Delivery team.
• Development of new business opportunities using network of industry relationships as well as through the use of competitive intelligence techniques.
• End-to-end recruiting results for a range of complex and critical client positions.
• Solid record of achievement building revenues, profits and operational efficiency for client Account.
• Drive the staffing strategy and hiring results for clients through competitive research, industry profile development, networking, and direct sourcing
• Strong collaboration with clients, vendors, team members and candidates. 
• Full Cycle Recruiting expertise for client.   
• Manage the Operations of overall branch.
• Essential Education, Skills, and Environment

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of all areas of business operations.
• Able to resolve complex problems.  Excellent knowledge of company’s products. 
• Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent PC skills.
• Equipment and Applications
• PCs and various software applications. Heavy telephone usage.
• Work Environment and Physical Demands
• General office environment. Travel may be required

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing.
• Must be techno-commercially savvy.
• Advanced working knowledge of PC and related software applications.
• Recruiting background
• Sales/Account management experience.
• Total experience of 2-4 years in technical recruitment with interest in sales.
