Description
Fast paced entrepreneurial company seeks dynamic individual for an Inside Sales position. Responsibilities include aggressively seeking out new customers, identifying the specific customer needs, and closing the business. Also, answering current customer requests, processing customer sales orders, up-selling with current customers, working closely with our marketing department and outside sales group with price quotations, purchase orders, and expediting customer orders. This position will be responsible for outbound calls to current customers, evaluating customer accounts and providing proactive solutions for our customers.
Ideal candidate should hold a 2 or 4-year college degree, with a minimum of 3-years of successful experience with inside and outside sales in a monthly objective-based environment. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented team players, who are capable of establishing and maintaining solid customer relationships. Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in inside and outside sales
