Description

A leader in the Allied Health Education industry is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing in Kansas City, MO and San Bernardino, CA.

Skills & Responsibilities include:

Recruiting developing and mentoring Nursing Instructors.
Managing Nursing Instructors and the education activities of the Nursing Department and all classes.
Ensuring compliance with applicable accreditation commission standards, agency regulations and campus policies and procedures.
Monitoring student progress throughout the applicable program.

Requirements

Masters of Science degree in Nursing.
Current RN license in the state of Missouri or CA.
3+ years of clinical practice experience.

Minimum 1 year of management experience required.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Previous experience as DON Education preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills.
