Description

Under the general supervision of the HRD, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources in providing leadership, direction and management for all aspects of the human resources function. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring AAS offices comply with current Federal, State and Local Standards, HCA Corporate guidelines, and Joint Commission regulations that govern the human resources function. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring staff compliance with regulatory and AAS/Corporate directives, policies and procedures, credentials and competency requirements of clinical staff, recruitment activities, collaboration with the HCA facilities management staff, planning, communicating and implementing disciplinary actions plans with staff, oversight of education programs, managing resources and minimizing costs, and promoting teamwork.

 

Also, the Clinical Coordinator coordinates and conducts adult education programs, maintains databases, manages all Human Resource functions and partners with Operations for overall business activity of the region.

Requirements
  • MUST HAVE CURRENT STATE RN LICENSE

  • Experience in a healthcare setting required

  • 3-5 years of management experience required
