JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Drive the business results by maximizing daily sales plans, controlling expenses and improving metrics through floor leadership, execution of company training programs, continuous coaching and personal example
  • Develop Leadership Team members to promote growth within the company by implementing training initiatives, providing continuous coaching and succession planning
  • Maintain integrity of the company brand identity through flawless execution of corporate visual standards
  • Act as a liaison between Store Team and other location managers.
