Priority Business Services was established in 1989 to provide California companies with hard-working, pre-qualified personnel. Headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California and currently one of the largest privately held staffing companies in Southern California, Priority provides both temporary and permanent staffing allowing us to service all of our clients’ needs.
Priority Business Services is in need for a full-time, in-house, recruiter/account manager/salesperson. Some duties will include: daily sales calls to existing accounts/clients, speaking with potential clients, locating and speaking with candidates using databases and the Internet, searching for and identifying new means of sourcing candidates and clients, determining qualified candidates through phone screens, negotiating pay scales and fees, as well as providing customer service through setting up interviews and pre-employment background checks and physicals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
staffing or recruiting experience
extensive phone experience and prior experience interacting with clients/accounts in the workplace.
PC experience necessary including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Training will be provided and no prior recruiting experience is necessary. Salary, commissions and benefits offered.
