We are now filling entry-level positions with no experience necessary. Applicants must be highly motivated, well organized, ambitious, and outgoing. We are looking to expand our management team by training the right people in all areas of our business while leading to rapid advancement opportunity. If you can learn, we can teach you. We do marketing and advertising for some of the best local and regional home improvement giants. We conduct all the marketing, promotions and sales for those clients while ultimately focusing on increasing their traffic flow and bottom-line sales. (No Telemarketing, No Graphic Design) This is a challenging entry level position within a fast-paced environment that moves as quickly as you want to go. The perfect candidate would be a recent college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work smart not hard, at establishing a career in marketing and working upwards to a management position within 6 months. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to learn, teach, train, and motivate others by example. We promote entirely from within and 100% dependent on performance, rather than seniority. Responsibilities include: - Marketing strategies and sales techniques - Oversee campaign development - Manage customer service, sales people - Run technique meetings - Delegate responsibilities to assistants The following skills are assets:

Qualifications usually stress requisite personal qualities over academic qualifications, although academic preparation would obviously enhance your candidacy and could include marketing, advertising, business management / administration, and communications degrees. Requisite personal qualities would stress development in the intangible areas of leadership, individual and group motivation, strong student mentality, success dedication, creativity and personality traits beneficial to group, team, client and customer interaction.
