WES, founded in 1992 has experienced significant growth during the last five years and has created an organizational structure to meet the needs of current and future growth. 

WES Health System has several exciting opportunities for Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) available in our Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) Department. These positions will be working from our North Broad Street site and are contract positions.

THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT STAFF (TSS) Contractors Requirements:

BA from an accredited university or college in a human service related field (Psychology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice) 

                        AND

1 year of verified paid post degree employment working in direct care with children/adolescents is required.

                        OR

60 related credits with three (3) years direct service experience.

TSS experience preferred.

MH experience preferred.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Current Child Abuse, Criminal Background Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting required.
