About the Position: The E-Marketing Manager will work closely with business unit leaders, newly-organized centralized marketing team and executive leadership to establish an effective, efficient and integrated e-marketing strategy to support the business units and increase sales and co-op revenues across all channels.  This position will work across functional teams to develop comprehensive integrated digital marketing plans. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that generate demand for our products, while increasing revenue, brand loyalty and maximizing productivity.

  • Lead and manage internal e-marketing staff to efficiently support the enterprise with online promotions, remaining within budget, minimizing re-work, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of deliverables.
  • Stay current with all the latest e-marketing technologies, acting as internal expert on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Audit existing resources to determine the most efficient and productive structure to achieve e-marketing goals.
  • Work collaboratively across other functional departments to accomplish business goals and provide extraordinary customer service.
  • Liaison with third-party service providers to ensure e-marketing programs is timely, cost-effective and efficient.
  • Participate in Sales and Marketing staff meetings, tradeshows, conferences and industry meetings as required.
  • Analyze existing digital marketing program execution and make necessary modifications to improve execution, reduce costs and drive positive program ROI. Constantly look for opportunities to refresh content and improve efficiencies.

  • Work with our business units and IT teams to conceive strategies and tactics to raise rates of customer e-mail acquisition and retention while improving our customer data and segmentation capabilities.

 

Requirements
  • Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years experience in marketing, online media buying, and/or Internet business development.
  • Experience with SEM, SEO and online media is a MUST, with emphasis on performance based marketing.
  • Recent leadership responsibility in online direct response marketing channels including display advertising, paid search, and e-mail campaigns.
