Loma Linda University Medical Center is seeking a Director of Compliance.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing privacy and information security program operations and ensuring compliance with all aspects of legislative and regulatory requirements under state and federal law.  

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and uniformity in the application of program policies and procedures for campus hospitals, outpatient clinics and satellite offices as well as responsibility for the oversight and development of audit plans, plus effective tools and methodologies to ensure that the organization is appropriately monitored for privacy and information security compliance.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, HIA, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of three years experience in implementing and overseeing privacy and security at a management level is required. Privacy and Security certification through AHIMA or other nationally recognized health information certification program is mandatory or must be obtained within one year of hire. Valid California driver's license is a necessity. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to work collaboratively is essential.
