Retail Flooring Sales

Rite Rug is looking for candidates for our Retail Flooring Sales Team in the Central Ohio area. As a successful member of the Retail Flooring Sales Team, you will:

Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
Provide measurements for installation
Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures
Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products
Perform other duties as assigned

About Rite Rug:

With over 70 years of experience as a floor covering specialist, Rite Rug has become the 8th largest floor covering retailer in US. Rite Rug currently operates over 20 retail locations.

Requirements Previous sales and flooring experience is not needed for this position as training will be provided.
