Do you have employment within the last 5 years, supervising a group of at least 20 associates from a branded food, beverage or plastic container industries?

You will supervise a team of non-union, Type A, associates in a high speed packaging plant. Effective continuous improvement initiatives with results through your team is expected. Our client company is #1 in its industry.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

  2. Minimum of 5 years recent employment as a Production Supervisor/Manager or Operations Resource / Supervisor with a well branded food, beverage or plastic container manufacturer. We are not looking for someone that has tried to advance their career through multiple company changes.

  3. Likely you are currently employed or have been successfully employed at a major snack food manufacturer, beverage manufacturer or plastic bottle manufacturer

  4. Can demonstrate measurable achievements and process improvements from current company

  5. Prefer local or regional candidate to Western Michigan. Prefer renters; there is relocation assistance but no home buyout plan
