Tuesday Morning, a growing retail chain that specializes in selling deeply discounted upscale home accessories and gifts has the following openings:
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (Part-time must be over 21 yrs. old)
In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is in sole charge of the store and is accountable for its day-to-day operation of the store; Provides work direction; Assists with employee training; Interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the manager; Handles employee and customer complaints and ensure compliance of corporate directives, policies and procedures.
STORE ASSOCIATES (Part-time must be over 18 yrs. old)
Provide excellent customer service, process sales, merchandising, overall store cleanliness, loss prevention, and comply with company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have strong initiative, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and a
positive commitment to customer service. At least 1 year 'RECENT' retail management experience. Must be flexible including weekends, enjoy interaction with the public, and be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
