Description

The District Sales Manager will report directly to the division president. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager is:

  • Service existing accounts
  • Develop and monitor sales representatives
  • Manage and align sales programs to company goals
  • Generate and communicate new product ideas through contacts in the field

 

OBJECTIVES:

  • Direct Sales Team to achieve company goals
  • Assist in developing an annual sales plan for each representative territory based on strategic plans of the Company
  • Travel the marketing area to ensure sales goals are met
  • Provide management support to the customer service area
  • Use R&D skills and knowledge gained in the field to forecast product needs
  • Support new product development efforts to bring interesting new products to our customers
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ Years sales experience in Store Fixtures
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives
  • Knowledge of the store fixture industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to travel approximately 50%
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
