Description
Our client, an office-products based company located in Addison, Illinois is seeking experienced account manager to sell their products over the phone and ultimately grow their business! As an account manager, you will use strong relationship building and fact finding skills to secure contracts from named accounts through initial contact, sales presentation and closing skills.
Responsibilities for the account manager:

Make 60+ calls per day to prospects from the company database daily with the goal of placing office equipment/mailroom solutions while finding out about the prospects other mailing habits

Document calls by entering prospective company contract contact information, call results, and follow-up plans

Follow up with potential customers systematically to answer questions and encourage them to close the deal

Work with government agencies and municipalities on contracts to close business

Build strong rapport with client base
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in an inside sales or related sales position
- Must have experience selling products or securing contracts over the phone
- Must have business to business selling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with government agencies and municipalities a plus
- A drive to make calls, follow-up, and earn money!
- Efficient/accurate data entry and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
If you are qualified for this account manager position, please apply today! Our client has between 4-6 openings available. This is a base plus commission and bonus position; the base is around $26,000 per year. The commission and bonus structure is incredibly competitive.
