Description AutoZone, the nations leading automotive retailer with over 4000 stores in the US and Mexico is looking for an outstanding individual to manage multiple stores. Responsible for multiunit retail stores. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising 10 to 15 store managers as they manage the daily store operations. Recruiting new AutoZoners for your stores.
Requirements The successful candidate will have:
•Prior retail / multi-store management experience
•Strong leadership skills
•Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals
•Detailed oriented
•The ability to analyze financial data and stats
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•The ability to travel within a designated territory
