Description We are looking for a 2nd shift QC Inspector in Tampa.

Responsibilities:

1.) Performs visual inspection of parts/materials for cosmetic non-conformances including but not limited to porosity, flaws in applied coatings such as paint, chemical film coating, plating and anodic coatings.
2.) Also inspecting parts/material for damaged material, nicks, and dings, with raised material, burrs, and assembly processes.
3.) Capability to use all standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, go/no -go plug and thread gages.
4.) Ability to use instruments such as optical comparator, height gage and transfer stand with dial indicator.
5.) Understand the use of a sine plate.
6.) Able to set up and run CMM Manually.
7.) Inspection of CNC Precision mechanical parts 3 and 4 axis.

Requirements
Requirements:

1.) Must have complete understanding of the Zeiss Calypso Software
2.) Must have complete understanding of GD&T
3.) Understanding of defense related precision machined parts
4.) Understanding of ISO9001/ 2000 environment
5.) Some understanding of sand, permanent mold and investment castings
6.) Excellent CMM Skills
7.) Advance blueprint reading skills
8.) Able to work independently
