As a Career Agent District Leader, you will have the dual role of personal production and building a strong team of dedicated insurance specialists. Your team will help the aging population secure their financial futures and provide quality long term care insurance solutions.

Requirements To qualify you should possess:
  • 3 years of proven sales and leadership experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales growth.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain dedicated career sales agents.
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies, penetrate untapped markets and generate new sales
    opportunities.
  • Life and Health Insurance license.
