At Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center, the DOR oversees and coordinates daily rehab operations focusing on the development and implementation of quality clinical programming, staff mentoring and training, adherence to SunBridge policies and procedures and quality assurance systems. 

Qualifications: Clinical experience with general rehab population and an interdisciplinary approach. Supervisory experience preferred - Graduate of an accredited Physical / Occupational / Speech Therapist program: minimum BS (PT OT) or MS (SLP) degree - Ability to analyze the financial indicators and determine clinically what needs to be done to meet both the needs of the patient while meeting budget expectations.
