Description

Are you a Physical Therapist interested in working in an outpatient environment? Would you like an outpatient position that does not require weekend coverage?  Are you looking for flexibility in a team-oriented environment?

Several hospital-based Outpatient clinics are searching for full-time and/or part-time Physical Therapists / PT to work within their outpatient department.  Positions are available in Boston and the South Shore areas.   Depending on the particular clinic, there may be at least one evening requirement until 7pm.   Although some clinics do not have evenings hours, and none of the sites require weekend coverage.

All clinics work primarily with post op orthopedic patients with a mix of injuries, and occasionally neuro patient populations. The Staff Physical Therapist / PT develops treatment plans, evaluates and treats patients (young adult, middle adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses) based on physician referral.  The PT will also be responsible for communicating with families, physicians, and other health team members, as well as maintain documentation of services in the medical records.  Documentation is built into productivity.  The position entails a true interdisciplinary focus, and the Physical Therapist / PT may serve on or participate in various committee meeting with interdisciplinary teams.

They offer a reasonable caseload within a quality clinic.  Organization offers strong career ladder with room for growth and upward mobility.  Career ladder advancement includes monetary incentives and bonus programs.  Each therapist receives a very competitive salary and very extensive hospital benefits.   Part-time employees are insurance eligible as well!  New grads are welcome to apply, as some of the associated clinics have the ability to offer mentorship programs for graduates with relevant clinical affiliations.

If you are interested in working with a reputable healthcare system in the Greater Boston area, where the employees are truly valued and offered limitless room for advancement, then please consider applying!
