TRUCK ENTERPRISES, INC., a mult-location Kenworth, Volvo and Isuzu truck dealership group with corporate offices located in Harrisonburg, Virginia is seeking applicants for the following position:
SERVICE MANAGER- ROANOKE, VIRGINIA
Overall responsibility for service department operations for Kenworth & Volvo dealership. Supervises 15 supervisory, warranty, and technical personnel on two shifts. Must relate to and communicate well with customers, warranty, technical and supervisory associates.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a least five years of service management experience and thorough knowledge of trucks, components and systems. Computer skills, vendor knowledge, organizational skills, proven management abilities and a strong customer service orientation are required.
