Director of Nursing (mid-level)
In this leadership & management role, you will be responsible for the wellness & nursing efforts of a beautiful, well-run & respected 55 bed SNF that is part of a larger senior living community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to staffing, budgeting, and managing regulatory compliance while providing the higest level of care. Our unit is focused on rehab and short term stays.
We are seeking a mid-level Director of Nursing with 3 - 5 years of experience and a solid clinical background and the desire to work directly with our residents and families and able to provide exceptional customer service. Our organization is dedicated to the individualized well-being of both the staff and the seniors.

Requirements
Requirements for this position include license as a Registerd Nurse and previous management experience in skilled nursing or assisted living setting and the desire to make a positive impact every day. Should enjoy being part of a dynamic and progressive management team and have flexibility in scheduling. BSN preferred.
