Description First National Bank of America seeks candidates to work full or part-time in our mortgage collection division.  If you have experience negotiating sales or contacting customers in a call center and would like the opportunity to work in a professional business setting, while gaining knowledge in the mortgage and real estate fields, this is your opportunity to advance your career!
Requirements Successful candidates will have outstanding customer service skills along with the ability to counsel customers on the importance of keeping a good credit history.  Our collectors are required to ask tough questions, overcome objections and direct a conversation to a mutually agreeable outcome.   Prior experience in a call center environment preferred but not required.
  
Our full-time staff members are scheduled to work Monday through Friday noon to 9:00 pm.  The schedule for part-time positions is flexible and may be mornings, afternoons, evenings or a combination thereof.  A minimum of one Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm per month is required.
