Spherion in partnership with our client company is seeking the BEST of the BEST Customer Service Representatives to be a part of our team.

This Position is Responsible For:

  

Probes, listens, assesses, recommends and sells bank products and services.

Adheres to policies, procedures and audit requirements for processing transactions.

Adheres to required cash limits and approvals and security procedures and equipment operation.

Makes decisions as delegated regarding such areas as overdraft/NSF, check cashing and ledger.

Must be flexible to work 8:30am-5pm for the first 4 weeks for training and then able to work 11:30am-8pm Monday- Friday and every other Saturday 9am-3pm.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications include:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of steady call center  experience.
HS diploma or equivalent.

Effective sales skills including telemarketing skills.

Effective customer service skills.

Effective communication skills.

Ability to think critically and determine next logical step applied in procedural problem solving.

Working knowledge of financial products and services.

Proficient math skills, attention to detail, exposure to basic Windows PC
