Maintenance Technician

Utah Career College has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician for the Utah campuses.

A Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general building repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Campus locations include Orem, West Jordan, Layton, and East Salt Lake City.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to all campus and tenant services request.
• Direct campus day porters to assist in repairs and maintenance.
• Quarterly check all HVAC units to make sure working properly and contract service is being completed.
• Assist in new campuses setup.
• Assist in painting projects.
• Update building condition schedule quarterly to update condition of building equipment.

    Education/Work Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of HVAC equipment or willingness to become educated in HVAC equipment.
