Description Property management company looking for a residential property maintenance/ handyman employee. Construction knowledge and handyman experience required such drywall, painting etc. Looking to hire immediately and potentially could turn into a full time position. Must be available MWF from 9 to 5pm. Qualified applicants start at $13-$15/hr.

We are looking for someone to take care of residential properties and homeowners needs. It involves weekly house checks for any minor repairs needed or light bulbs to be changed. Many times it requires manual labor. Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills. At times it requires the coordinating of sub contractors to do any large repairs and meeting them at the residences to oversee repairs and clean up after the job is done. It also may require running errands for clients or doing a variety of tasks needed. Everyday is different and a new learning experience. Construction knowledge and handyman experience required such drywall, painting etc. Clean appearance, reliability, clean driving record and resume are essential.
