We provide affordable practice development, management and marketing tools and services to the practitioner, clinic or hospital that address the common points of pain to help streamline, optimize and grow the business. At a time when jobs are scarce, we are growing and have wonderful opportunities for Call Center talent in our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
Candidates applying must have previous experience working in a call center environment and customer service; healthcare background a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to lead inquires regarding educational seminars, scheduling or consultation via inbound or outbound calls
- Represent the practice by following the appropriate script for said practice; always referring to ‘us’ as the practice
- Ensure all five sections of the script are reviewed with the lead; especially special information points
- Input information into internal systems accurately
- Will respond to voicemails; complete reminder calls, follows up on client’s LeadTracker systems and client requests
- Representative must meet and exceed company call volume standards
- Notify management of any discrepancies found on a practice script or website
- Escalate difficult calls to management when necessary
- Improve product knowledge by reviewing practice websites or other websites
Requirements
- One or more years of proven customer service experience in a call center environment
- Strong listening along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook), and Internet
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Upbeat, friendly, outgoing personality
