We have recently created the role of Senior Manager of Learning Technologies and Curriculum to: plan and implement curriculum-based learning solutions; leverage synchronous and asynchronous learning styles; deliver solutions via classroom, on-line, Web, and virtual learning environments. This dynamic position will have accountability for developing and overseeing the strategy, business objectives, and strategic initiatives of TEC Learning & Development in relation to curriculum-based learning solutions. The role is responsible for planning and organizing, developing and implementing, and evaluating a development strategy incorporating curriculum and learning technologies.  You will be under the direct supervision of the Director of TEC Learning & Development, and collaborate with senior management to develop effective partnerships and provide internal consulting services on varied training and development issues.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with a bachelor's degree, Master’s degree preferred, in Instructional Design or related field and 6-8 years experience in adult learning design, development, and implementation using multiple media (classroom, on-line, web, pod cast, and/or virtual learning environments). Successful experience leading organizational transformation involving learning technologies strongly preferred.
