Inside Sales Administrator

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a local client in Frederick, MD.

This position is perfect for skilled candidates seeking a fast-paced environment working as a team player all running towards the same goal...customer satisfaction. This positoin is 100% cold calling! Use your carefully crafted sales techniques to land business meetings across the nation.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are directly responsible for: 

• Coordinating direct marketing efforts for the sales team (gather, assemble, and mail marketing materials)
• Carrying out other administrative functions for the sales team (secondary function)
• Making outbound calls to schedule product demonstrations for the sales team (primary function)
• Identifying appropriate prospects within target organizations
• Entering appropriate information into CRM system
• Contacting prospects and secure demo’s
• Sending follow up information (e.g. contracts, whitepapers, etc.)
• Following up with prospects as necessary
  
  This is a great opportunity to learn about the business to business sales process.  It is designed to be a stepping stone to climb the corporate ladder to other great growth opportunities in this field of business.

• 2+ years of comission-based sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Word and Excel
