Route Service Driver/Customer Service Representative

As a Route Service Driver/Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Shred-it Document Destruction business, you’re never tied to a desk. Instead, you’re out every day in a shredding truck that’s equipped with proprietary technology. You’re visiting customers, talking to people, and building relationships. It’s a role that requires accountability – and rewards it with the satisfaction of knowing you are part of the big picture.

Your contribution

Every CSR represents Shred-it at our client's place of business. CSR’s are literally the face of the Company. From arrival through to departure, after final clean up of the client's area, the CSR's performance must be superior and undertaken with complete regard for confidentiality, courtesy, and environmental consciousness.

Requirements
  • Ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Commercial Drivers License with Air Break Endorsement.
  • Ability to lift minimum 50lbs consistently.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years previous face to face customer service experience.
  • Committed to excellence in following company policies, procedures, standards and legal requirements.

 

 

All successful candidates will be required to participate in a full security clearance.
