Description

Unconventional investment advisor firm seeks an entry-level (or some experience) person to help clients on all issues starting with sales, through account set up and ongoing coaching on our proprietary investment method.  This role will require someone who understands sales, can follow a process, explain it to others, and keep detailed records.

 

If you want this job, you should be

v Dedicated, trustworthy, mathematically inclined, patient, organized

v Reliable – attendance and punctuality is a must

v Organized – we perform many transactions, which must be done accurately and recorded accurately

v Discreet – you will be dealing with personal information

v Aggressive – someone who can not only follow a process but improve it

v Flexible – one week a month (the third Friday through the fourth Friday), must be available every day for extended hours including Saturday & Sunday, plus some weekends & evenings

 

Your primary responsibilities would be…

v Learning our proprietary trading methods

v Help prospects decide if our methods are appropriate for their situation

v Assisting clients who are making trades using our methods

v Performing trades in client accounts using our methods

v Detailed recordkeeping and reporting functions

v Complex analysis of actual and theoretical trading data

 

Your skills and education should include

v Bachelor’s degree

v A Series 65 Investment Advisor license or the equivalent (this is required)

v Strong client service skills

v Strong background in mathematics, particularly statistics

v Strong background in accounting and finances

v Outstanding spreadsheet skills
