Description

Seeking a highly motivated, independently driven sales / marketing executive to join our office to help build sales for temporary, temp-to-perm and professional placements across all area's of staffing needs. The successful applicant will need to be able to flex their interaction styles to work across all area's of need ranging from warehouse and office clerical to high level executives.

 

In this role you will be provided startup training to help bring you up to speed on the product line as well as certification driven training to help solidify your product knowledge. We are looking for people who are comfortable being on the road at all times, meeting with prospects and existing clients, to establish and expand business relationships.

 

We are looking for a person, comfortable with in person interactions and B2B sales of service lines. Although this role focuses on sales there may be occasional aspects of recruiting, interviewing and placements as needed to support office operations.

 

We offer base pay plus commission.

Requirements

MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Able to pick up operation of internal CRM systems for tracking sales and recruting activities

B2B Cold Calling (Face to face and telephone)
