Job Description

Currently our Erie facility is partnered with several financial institutions, energy providers, and healthcare/insurance companies. Our agents make outbound calls contacting customers at their homes and businesses offering them credit cards, enhancement programs and special offers that can save the customers time and money. Our sales agents must have the ability to think on their feet and engage in two-way conversations. DialAmerica is changing the name of telemarketing one customer at a time!
