Description
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - IN & OUTPATIENT
Medical Center in Ramsey County currently has an opening for an occupational therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy for Acute/Rehab units, including assessment, and treatment approaches for a wide variety of diagnosis three days a week. In acute care must be able to provide a range of occupational therapy assessments, treatments including functional ADL’s, homemaking, therapeutic procedures and PAMS including Bioness H200. The other two days a week to provide occupational therapy services in a local school system for pediatric clients. In pediatrics must be able to administer a range of occupational therapy assessments including informal and standardized evaluations for local school system. Treatment will be focused around building functional school based skills for students in grades K-12.
Successful candidate must be Registered and Licensed, or eligible, in the State of Maine as an occupational therapist. Will be required to work weekend rotation every 6th weekend. Interview assistance, relocation assistance and a $2000 sign on bonus are available. $52,000 salary to start. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, PTO, earned vacation/sick/personal time.
