Managers Trainees…
We bring individuals into our management training program with a least two years of college or two years of management to master ALL aspects of our business. Normal progression would be Manager Trainee, Sales Manager, and Customer Account Manager. These positions are interchangeable as you go through training.
Your GOAL is to complete all steps in the training program and demonstrate through exceptional performance you have the skills to be promoted to Store General Manager.
We OFFER
· Paid weekly with direct deposit available!
· Salary based on exp., plus bonus, sales commission
· FIVE day work week, 45 hours
