Description

InnoSource is currently seeking driven, professional applicants for Customer Relations openings!

This position is responsible for providing world-class customer service and increasing revenue for the company.  This position is also responsible for providing information to our customers on our additional products and services, completing applications for services and registering customers for services. Critical primary duties of the position include supporting revenue generating programs and maintaining high service levels to meet corporate satisfaction targets.

Qualified candidates must be customer focused, hardworking, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. The position requires an ability to handle basic and complex issues that may require a great deal of time, direct involvement, and close interaction with the customer for issue resolution. A customer service position with our company is both challenging and rewarding!

 

Ideal candidates have their Bachelor's Degree along with some form of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, sales, call center, account management, banking, etc.).

Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 1- 2 years Customer Service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong problem solving skills
