Even with the economy still struggling, TransNational Bankcard continues to grow as our Account Executives continue contacting Chicagoland businesses that accept credit cards and offering our innovative payment processing solutions and an industry leading line of products that lowers their overall costs and helps them increase their sales.

Because of this success, we are continuing to add more Account Executives to our Rolling Meadows sales teams.  The ideal TransNational sales candidate is a "Hunter", who knows how to prospect for new business, set and run their appointments with local business owners and can ask for their business.   We provide all the sales training and tools our Account Executives need to succeed.

Our Compensation plan is heavily weighed on commissions and residuals allowing each AE to be in total control of how much they make.  Fast commission payments to our AE's is our goal!  When a sales rep sells a new merchant this week, they are paid the following week with the average new Account Executive seeing their first commission check by only their third week.  $70K to $100K is not uncommon for first year reps with many in the range of $100K to $140K+ in year two and beyond.  We also pay our reps a $1200 monthly base salary (Not a draw) which is divided and also paid weekly just to help with any incidental weekly expenses. 

Besides receiving weekly commission and base salary payments, our Account Executives also share in the monthly reaccuring income, also known as residuals, of their entire client base which continues to grow month after month and year after year.  After just one year our average AE has between $800 and $1400 in residuals being paid to them each month.  Our residual program is unprecedented not only in our industry but in the business world as well.

Each of our Account Executives is a valued full time employee of our company which has been nominated three years running by the Better Business Bureau for its prestigious "Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics" and after just 90 days are eligible for our full range of benefits including; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and a Matching 401k.
