Description
Vice President of Patient Care
Hospice of Lancaster County, a growing, regional leader in Hospice and Palliative Care, has an exciting new opportunity available as a Vice President of Patient Care.
This new position will be responsible to provide leadership, direction, and oversight in the planning, development, and provision of patient care services including home hospice, two inpatient units, spiritual care, complementary therapy, and clinical support.
This position will serve as a member of our leadership team and report directly to the President and CEO.
Requirements
- Qualified applicants must be a licensed RN in PA.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Masters or advanced nursing degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years medical/surgical nursing experience, 2-3 yrs. hospice experience, and 3-5 years of senior healthcare management and supervisory experience required.
Experience in teaching is a plus.
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service, quality of care, and employee satisfaction.
