CNA / CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT / HOME CARE
NurseCore's office is seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced CNA to provide care for home health patients. Consistent schedules available!! We are offering shifts, including days, nights and weekends, short shifts, and visits. Coverage includes high-level care need patients to include transfers, hoyer lifts and personal care.
We provide on-going support from our Clinical Director, friendly staff and inservice education.

Requirements
- Current Certificate
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Minimum one (1) year of home health or personal care experience
- Reliable transportation
