Description Faculty desiring to teach undergraduate courses must possess at minimum, a master’s degree in from a regionally accredited university. Faculty desiring to teach graduate courses must possess a doctorate in said discipline from a regionally accredited university. Additional qualifications for the position are teaching experience (preferably online), excellent organization skills and written/verbal communication, computer literacy, and a student-centered instructional philosophy.

Grantham University offers a collaborative, enjoyable work atmosphere, competitive pay and faculty support. Using the Angel Learning Management System, terms are 8 weeks in length and the course week runs Wednesday through Tuesday midnight. Faculty are required to answer emails and grade assignments within two calendar days. Prospective faculty are required to enroll at no cost and successfully complete GU900, a one week faculty training course, in order to be added to the faculty pool.
