Requirements
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- Prior Work Experience - Actual experience in home health care preferred.
Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:
- The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant is a qualified para-professional who administers a physical therapy plan of treatment for patients as deveeloped by a Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistance Program. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of North Carolina.
- Prior Work Experience: Actual experience in home health care preferred.
