Description

A Hearing Healthcare practice in Commerce Township, MI is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to prospect for new patients needing hearing aids, call existing patients and schedule appointments for upkeep and maintenance on their hearing appliances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Candidates will be calling on patients 5 days/wk to set up appointments.
  • Develop a list of patients, former patients and prospects to contact.
  • Make between 75 and 100 calls/day.
  • Maintain call logs and report detailing calls and appointments made.

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Business school or associates degree equivalent is a plus.
  • 2 - 3 year telemarketing experience.
  • Must have basic understating of Excel and be internet savvy.
  • Must be able to work well independently.

  • Great listening and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
